At 5:22 a.m. Thursday, officers were dispatched to a business in the 1200 block of Merrill Avenue in reference to a complaint of an unwanted customer. The 55-year-old man had been banned from the business as a condition of his court-ordered bond in reference to a criminal complaint involving the business. The man was not located and is being referred to the district attorney's office on charges of bail jumping.
