The Two Rivers City Council unanimously approved a conditional use permit for a proposed new bank facility at 1509 Washington St. Monday night.

The permit is in regards to a three-lane drive-thru that will be added to a new bank proposed by Bank First National, The Kubala Washatko Architects and First Manitowoc Bankcorp, Inc, which is the owner.

The council had to approve the conditional use permit because of the impact the drive-thru will have on downtown traffic, according to City Manager Greg Buckley. ...
