Moo U: Dairy farm for two days becomes school for local students

There are few breaks for a farmer, but Jack Hanke, co-owner of Hanke Farms in Sheboygan Falls, took a rare couple days off last week to host a group of Sheboygan County students on his farm.

"I take a few days of vacation every other year, but not many," Hanke, 60, said. "This is a day off. It's an enjoyable day off trying to inform the community about what all happens on your average dairy farm."
