Operating while intoxicated: A 25-year-old Madison man was cited with operating while intoxicated at 2:54 a.m. Saturday on Clark Street.

Underage drinking: A 15-year-old Wisconsin Rapids girl was cited with underage drinking at 10:39 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Texas Avenue and Jefferson Street.

Disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle: A 21-year-old Junction City man, a 17-year-old Stevens Point man and a 21-year-old Stevens Point man were each cited with disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle at 11 p.m. Saturday after police say they raced each other between stop lights on Clark Street near Strongs Avenue.

Violate red light: A 30-year-old Stevens Point man was cited with violating a red traffic signal at 5:28 p.m. Sunday after police say he drove through the intersection while talking on his phone.

Violate red light: A 22-year-old Custer woman was cited with violating a red traffic signal at 10:59 a.m. Thursday after police say she hit another car in the intersection of Division Street and Maria Drive.

Disorderly conduct: A 24-year-old Hudson man was cited with disorderly conduct at 2:38 a.m. Sunday after police say he caused a disturbance at Polito's, including kicking garbage cans and shouting. Police say he was asked to leave several times by store employees but refused.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: An 18-year-old Stevens Point woman was cited with possession of drug paraphernalia and underage drinking at 1:57 a.m. Sunday after police say she and four others were hiding in some bushes in the 1400 block of Church Street. A 15-year-old Stevens Point girl was also cited with underage drinking.

Disorderly conduct: A 21-year-old Burlington man was cited with disorderly conduct at 12:35 a.m. Sunday after officers observed him expose himself in the 800 block of Main Street. They later cited him with public urination minutes later after he was observed urinating on the side of the Square Scoops building in that block.

Disorderly conduct: A 24-year-old Plover man was cited with disorderly conduct at 9:22 p.m. Saturday after police say he punched another man in the 800 block of Main Street.

Theft: A 24-year-old Wisconsin Rapids man was cited with theft at 4:06 p.m. Saturday after police say he tried to steal items by giving them to a 13-year-old Wisconsin Rapids boy to hide. The boy was also cited for theft.

Underage drinking: A 19-year-old Appleton man was cited with underage drinking at 11:48 p.m. Friday after police responded to a loud party complaint in the 2400 block of Fourth Avenue. Police say the man said "(expletive deleted) the police" and mimicked urinating the squad car's gas tank. A 22-year-old Stevens Point man was cited with permitting excessive noise.

Hit and run: A caller in the 1700 block of Frontenac Avenue told police his car was hit by an unknown car sometime between 10 a.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. Sunday.
