When Dale Juedes celebrated his 42nd birthday last October, he could think of no better gift than to ride his mountain bike more than 82 miles from Wausau to Green Bay.

Although it might sound odd, it was the defining moment of a remarkable weight loss journey for Juedes, who weighed 300 pounds just four months earlier. By finding a love for mountain biking and following a strict diet, he has lost 105 pounds and now weighs 195. ...
