Operating while intoxicated: A 36-year-old Wittenberg woman was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated in the 4700 block of Wigwam road at 1:30 a.m. Monday.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: A 22-year-old Stevens Point man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:17 p.m. near the intersection of Division Street and Academy Avenue.

Discharging a firearm/bow in the city: An 18-year-old Stevens Point woman was cited with discharging a firearm/bow in the city at 8:03 a.m. Monday after police say she shot a BB gun at a on- way traffic sign at Iverson Park.

Theft: A 10-year-old Stevens Point boy was cited with theft at 4:35 p.m. Monday after police say he tried to steal toys from Fleet Farm.

Criminal damage to property: A caller from Belke's Lumber reported obscenities spray-painted on the side of the business sometime between 8:52 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Monday.

Violation of restraining order: A 44-year-old Stevens Point man was arrested for violating his restraining order when he harassed his ex-girlfriend at about 1:30 a.m. Monday.

Harassment: A caller in the 2600 block of Blaine Street reported receiving harassing texts from his ex-girlfriend's boyfriend between 8:20 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Monday.

Damage to property: A caller in the 2800 block of Martha's Lane reported two windows damaged by thrown rocks between 8:58 a.m. and 9:52 p.m. Monday. The damage was estimated at about $300.
