Cohn to hold memoir workshop at fellowship

Registrations are being taken for a free two-hour workshop given by Myrna Leigh Cohn on an introduction to memoir writing at 1 p.m. May 23 at Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Door County.

Cohn bases her class on the popular "Turning Memories into Memoirs" book and program written in 1988 by author and teacher Denis Ledoux, who has influenced people around the world to apply his method to preserve their memories through the power of the written word. Cohn has used his writing tips and techniques since then and has coached individuals and corporate business leaders to do the same.
