The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay has not yet received a report from local attorney Joseph Nicks, who was charged with conducting the investigation of men's basketball coach Brian Wardle.
But when it does, that may not mean an announcement about the coach's future will soon follow.
That's because under Wisconsin Statute 19.356, which is part of the public records law, Wardle will have 10 days to challenge how much of the report is released to the public.
