ATC power-line open house: May 8: Property owners potentially in the path of an American Transmission Co. power-line project got a look Tuesday at how it will affect them.

American Transmission Co.'s Bay Lake Project is getting real for landowners potentially in its path.

The project to build two new power lines from the Appleton substation in Outagamie County to the Morgan substation in Oconto County has shed many of its earlier options that covered much of Brown County. Possible remaining routes pass east and west of Seymour, the eastern route following the western boarder of the Oneida Reservation. Possible routes also pass east and west of Pulaski.
