I would like to congratulate the Stevens Point Area Senior High choir department for an outstanding performance of "SPASH Showtime 2013 ... Let it be" held this past weekend at the SPASH auditorium.

Deb Pionek, Chris Johnson and Luke Adsit directed a most wonderful show. I wish I could thank everyone by name that helped make the show as awesome as it was but there would be to many to mention! I went to the show on Saturday night and enjoyed it so much I had another chance to go on Sunday as well!

The music, the dancing, the performances, the lighting, the sound, the arrangements, the flow of one musical performance to the next, the emotion in each and every performance, the work and dedication put into this entire production ... awesome!

Stevens Point has some wonderful talent in a lot of areas and "Showtime 2013" was a prime example of what talent our young adults have.

Lastly, the performers deserve so much recognition and applause for what they gave anyone who went to watch "Showtime 2013." I can't say enough how much I enjoyed the show and watching all the young talent that was there.

I will be sure to always go to the "Showtime" performances every May and I encourage anyone who loves music to do the same. To all of you who were any part of the "Showtime 2013" production I want to say "Thank you!"
