Lincoln Center offers classes and activities for older adults. The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County is a one-stop resource for services for seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers. Open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For information, call 715-346-1401 or 866-920-2525, or go to www.co.portage.wi.us/adrc. Unless noted otherwise, the following take place at Lincoln Center, 1519 Water St.

Monday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe posting

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners.

9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Introduction to Medicare class

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: yoga; bunco;

10:30 a.m.: Craft & Chat at Amherst dining site.

11:30 a.m.: music by Raflik & Cekosh

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining site.

1 p.m.: Scrabble; bridge; pottery; oil painting; line dancing.

Lunch menu: Barbecued pork on a bun, green bean casserole, apple sauce, sherbet

Tuesday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: introduction to acrylic painting.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; Smear; Loss of Spouse Support Group.

10:30 a.m.: Chair Massage

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

11:30 a.m.: music by the Grenadiers

12:30 p.m.: bridge

1 p.m.: chip carving; RSVP Silver Threads

5 p.m.: Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group

Lunch menu: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, whole grain bread, seasonal fruit

May 15
