Despite a 3-0 home loss and miserable playing conditions, the Campbellsport girls soccer team was upbeat after Thursday's defeat to Sheboygan South.

A couple girls even did a postgame mudslide on the rain-soaked field.

The reasoning is that the Cougars (4-3-2, 2-3 Eastern Wisconsin Conference) feel they are better than what the score showed against the 7-1 (6-1) Falcons - who scored all three goals in the first half. ...
