May 9, 1931 - Pick group to set up cheese price system: Organization of a special marketing committee to supplement the Wisconsin Cheese Exchange and the farmers call board at Plymouth had the approval today of the "committee of 13" appointed to investigate cheese marketing conditions in Wisconsin.

A group to work out details of the special committee was named late yesterday and will report its findings to a state wide mass meeting scheduled here within a few weeks.

Members of the group which will organize the marketing committee include William Pauley, Manitowoc, representing the Wisconsin Cheese Exchange; Edward N. Malachfski, Pulaski, representing the farm organizations of the state; Hans Hanson, Suring, representing the Wisconsin Cheese Producers' federation; R.A. Peterson, representing the state department of agriculture and markets, and R.A. Flynn, Pulaski, representing the cheesemakers' organizations.

A representative of the Wisconsin college of agriculture will be present in an advisory capacity.
