Habitat for Humanity, jcpenney invite shoppers to donate

Habitat for Humanity is partnering with jcpenney in the retailer's charitable giving program, jcp cares. jcpenney customers can round up their purchases in May to the nearest whole dollar and donate the difference to support Habitat's affordable housing work in partnership with low-income families around the world. The jcpenny in Oshkosh will participate.
