Manitowoc woman guilty of fifth OWI

A 58-year-old Manitowoc woman received probation and jail for her fifth-offense operating while intoxicated.

Manitowoc County Circuit Judge Gary Bendix on Wednesday withheld the sentence for Brandi A. Quasius, 4930 Benley Court, No. 4, and placed her on probation for three years. Conditions of probation include spending 120 days in jail, with work-release privileges, starting immediately, and paying $2,350 in fines, costs and fees.
