TR police chief announces promotions

During the recent city council meeting, Two Rivers Police Chief Joseph Collins announced the promotions of two officers within the city's police department.

Kelly Milks was promoted to full time on April 28. She started as a part-time officer in March 2012. Milks is a lifelong Two Rivers resident and was a graduate of Two Rivers High School. She earned her associate's degree in criminal justice from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in May 2012, said Collins in a memo to the city council.
