'Connect a Career' shows jobs in market, education requirements

Some business executives may say there aren't enough qualified workers in the Fox Cities to fill today's needs.

But on the flip side, educators are saying they are working on directing programs to teach students skills sought by regional employers.

This disconnect is something the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce & Industry wants to address through Connect a Career, an initiative spearheaded by its Competitive Workforce Alliance, made up regional business and educational leaders. It has been under development for about a year. ...
