Ministry Saint Joseph's Hospital invites you to share your time and talents for a few hours each week to work in a variety of service areas. Training is provided for all positions. Special Olympics: Nearly 2,000 athletes are gearing up to compete in aquatics, athletics (track & field), soccer and powerlifting at the 2013 Special Olympics Wisconsin State Summer Games on June 6 to 8 at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Competition will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 7 and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 8. More than 300 volunteers are needed to assist with various tasks, including escorting athletes, presenting awards, timing events and food services. All volunteers receive a free T-shirt.
