Steve Holschuh has joined VSI as sales manager. He was with Cleveland Hardware and Forging, Green Bay, and has 15 years sales experience.

? Connie Peterson has joined Bank of Luxemburg as retail office manager at the Bellevue Branch. She has 18 years experience in customer service.

? Perry Kidder was elected president of the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame. Denny Tattum was elected vice president and Randy Brice, treasurer.

Achievements

? Todd Moolenar, an apprentice in Northeast Wisconsin Technical College's apprenticeship program, received a bronze medal in the 2013 National Craft Championships. A field of 137 craft trainees competed. An apprentice of Manitowoc Heating & Refrigeration Services Inc., Moolenar took third place in the HVAC field competition.

? Associated Bank was recognized by Fannie Mae as a top tier mortgage servicer in regard to its Servicer Total Achievement and Rewards designation program for 2012. Associated was recognized as one of five Fannie Mae servicers in the country to achieve a four STAR designation. It was the first time any servicers reached the four STAR level.

? John Slatky, president of Bank of Luxemburg, was elected to the Federal Delegate Board of the Independent Community Bankers of America. Slatky's three-year term for Wisconsin-District 2 began in March. ICBA is a resource and advocate for more than 8,000 independent community banks.
