In a seven-on-seven passing drill during the Green Bay Packers' first rookie minicamp practice on Friday, quarterback B.J. Coleman made the kind of play that for Aaron Rodgers is routine.

Unable to find an open receiver on his first couple of reads, Coleman broke the imaginary pocket to his right and while on the run threw a strike to a receiver breaking back toward him along the sidelines. Completion and likely first down.

This was only a practice of rookies and first-year players, not the full squad, and certainly not a scrimmage or game. But it nevertheless was a play Coleman probably ...
