? The city's west side will be the center of attention over the next few months as crews finish construction of Panera Bread and Topper's Pizza at 1700 Stewart Ave., slated to open later this summer.

It's the construction across the street at 306 17th Ave., however, that's struck my fancy. Starbucks also has plans to expand its store, add more seating and an outdoor dining space, which the Wausau City Council will vote on during a 7 p.m. ...
