The Port of Green Bay saw a dramatic jump in the amount of tonnage it handled in April compared to a year earlier.
The facility saw 15 ship arrivals in April transporting 192,999 tons of cargo to, and from, the port for a 117-percent increase over 2012. Last year, the port handled tonnage of 88,816 in April.
