Favorite sports memory:

My favorite high school sports memory was during my sophomore year during track and field. It was the conference meet and the girls won conference for the second straight year. I took first in all the events that I partook in. At the end of the meet they announced the champions and the MVP of the conference. When they announced my name I was shocked. I had no idea I would win it. Two boys from my team put me on their shoulders and ran around the track yelling "MVP! MVP!"... It was a very memorable moment.

Advice to an athlete:

Don't give up when it get hard. Listen when your coach is telling you how to do something. Respect the people that hate you for your abilities. Don't let your friends tell decide what you should do. Don't ever think you can't achieve your goals.

Your inspiration:

My inspiration was my dad. My dad has been in a wheelchair for 13 years due to a freak farm accident. He taught me to never give up on my dreams and achieve all that is possible. I run for him. I jump for him.
