College plans:

Physical education major at either UW-La Crosse or UW-Stevens Point. Also I am going to continue playing basketball.

Favorite sports memory:

One of my teammates before a playoff game convinced the team that her boyfriend had been dating another girl along with her for the last month. While stretching before the game she told us it all wasn't true and it really lightened the mood before we played that night. I think it helped us pull out the victory.

Advice to an athlete:

Hard work always pays off in some way. When things aren't going the way you hoped, never give up and be mental tough. Also to cherish every moment because the years go by in a flash.

Your inspiration:

My inspiration for sports is my basketball coach. He genuinely cares for everyone. Whenever I struggled throughout the season I could always turn to him for encouragement. He has the biggest heart out of anyone I have met. He is my inspiration not only because he is such a great person, but is the true example of a role model everyday.
