Advice to an athlete:

There will be moments when it seems you've hit an all-time low, but even though it may be a challenge, there's always a way out and back to the top. You just need to maintain a positive mindset and have the attitude where you know you can't hold back and have any regrets. My most important words of advice are to do everything like it might be your last oppurtunity. You never know, or can control, when something unexpected may come along.

Your inspiration:

My inspiration since a young age has always been my older brother. When I was little I'd be up in the stands wishing I could be just like him someday. And here I am today doing the same three sports he did and succeeding just like he did. Just like I always was there for his events, he's been a great supporter and is now looking down at me from the stands.
