Self-described "soft and sweet" culinary specialist Dana Elliott entertained Tuesday night's Taste of Home Cooking School audience with a sassy, humorous presentation of 10 featured recipes.

On the Capitol Civic Centre stage, in front of some 1,000 foodies, Elliott showed off dishes including Johnsonville Italian sausage pot stickers, stuffed baby red potatoes, Bud Light Lime creamy jalapeno soup, French onion pizza au gratin, mushroom turkey burger and mango lime pie.
