The individual race is shaping up to be a two-horse showdown between Wausau West's Matt Sandquist and Stevens Point Area Senior High's Trevor Thomas.

Through five conference matches the two are tied for first with 68.5 points with two league matches left on the schedule.

Sandquist shot a 71 to earn medalist honors at the Stevens Point Country Club, while the Panthers continued their team dominance by posting a 301, finishing 27 strokes ahead of Merrill. SPASH has won all five legs so far. ...
