Lincoln Center offers classes and activities for older adults. The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County is a one-stop resource for services for seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers. Monday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: yoga.

11 a.m.: music by Old Timer's Band at Amherst dining site.

11:30 a.m.: music by Agnes Mallek.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining site.

1 p.m.: Scrabble; bridge; pottery; line dancing.

Lunch menu: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, stewed tomatoes, whole grain bread, tropical fruit salad.

Tuesday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: introduction to acrylic painting.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; Smear; Loss of Spouse Support Group.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise; Smear at Plover dining site.

12:30 p.m.: bridge; Bingo at Junction City dining site.

Lunch menu: Chicken salad on a whole grain bun, cream of broccoli soup, copper penny salad, banana

May 22

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners.

9 a.m.: cribbage.

9:30 a.m.: Opera: Aria Listening?

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Mind Rewind Early Memory Loss; Resistance Chair Demonstration

11:30 a.m.: music by Daryl Kurtenbach.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining site.

1 p.m.: pinochle; Mexican train dominoes;

6 p.m.: Bridge.

Lunch menu: Sliced ham, scalloped potatoes, steamed carrots, whole grain dinner roll, pineapple upside-down cake.

May 23

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

10:30 a.m.: ceramics for adults with disabilities.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

11:30 a.m.: Potocki Family Band

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Plover dining site.

1 p.m.: pottery; round dancing.

2 p.m.: square dancing.

Lunch menu: Italian spaghetti, garden salad with dressing, Mandarin oranges, French bread with garlic butter, animal crackers.

May 24

9 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe registration of new merchandise.

Lunch menu: Breaded fish with tartar sauce on a bun, hash brown casserole, creamy cole slaw, lemon bar.
