Luxemburg Bancshares approves dividend

Luxemburg Bancshares Inc., parent company of Bank of Luxemburg, declared a semi-annual dividend of 53 cents per share, payable June 14 to shareholders of record June 3.

The dividend was increased from 52 cents per share paid June 15, 2012.

Luxemburg Bancshares operates banking offices in Luxemburg, Green Bay, Forestville, Dyckesville, Casco and Algoma. The company also operates a Raymond James Financial Services office.

Correction

Luxemburg Bancshares increased its semi-annual dividend by 1 cent to 53 cents per share. A missing word in a brief in Saturday's business section caused the amount to be incorrect.
