Papagalos, a new restaurant that moved into the former Hot 'n Now building April 1, is bringing a taste of the Windy City to Marshfield with a menu that includes Chicago-style hot dogs and hot beef sandwiches.

The building had been vacant since Hot 'n Now closed in September.

Papagalos' owner Dennis Manthe, of Marshfield, said the building was a good fit because of its location on Central Avenue and drive-through window. ...
