Business 51 still is years away from an upgrade, but that hasn't kept Stevens Point residents from voicing their opinion about the controversial plan.

Dozens of residents from the Stevens Point area met at Jefferson Elementary School on Thursday night to see a presentation on the preliminary findings about the proposed Business 51 reconstruction project.
