Stage Stop to reopen in Mosinee; Polito's Pizza plans for June opening in Rothschild

The Stage Stop restaurant will open May 20 under the ownership of a family who already owns a Weston diner, and it's just one of many changes in the south metro food business world.

Shpendi Alimi, 29, lives in Schofield and owns Four Star Family Restaurant on Schofield Avenue in Weston. He bought the Stage Stop in December and has remodeled the interior of the building that sat empty off the Highway 153 exit of Highway 51 for more than 18 months.
