The YMCA held a Kids Indoor Triathlon on May 5. The event, sponsored by Agnesian HealthCare and Attitude Sports, and is a fun way to help youth become more physically active, and to provide an opportunity for kids of all fitness levels to participate.

The event consisted of a 10-minute bike, 10-minute run, and 10-minute swim. Participants will be given the opportunity to bike, run, and swim up to 10 minutes, but they do not need to continually bike, run or swim, and was open to ages 5 to 13.

The Y is a cause-driven, nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening communities through programs that promote youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
