Sometimes in life you need to take a new path, even if it means exploring uncharted territory.

I have to admit when my dad, Joe Holschbach, decided to take a healthy turn, I was happy to jump in his corner and support him. I thought the new-found motivation to get fit would not only benefit him, but selfishly I thought it might just keep him around a bit longer.
