Letter: Thank goodness for conservative alternatives

5:05 PM, May 17, 2013  |  Comments

With the President of CNN married to Hillary's deputy secretary, CBS's president's brother a top Obama official and ABC's president's sister a special advisor to Obama, how are we to get the true news about what is going on in this administration?

I say thank you to Fox News, The Heritage Foundation, Breitbart, Drudge, The Blaze, talk radio and other conservative news alternatives that give us the news unblemished by Big Brother in Washington. How else would we know about Fast & Furious where Eric Holder and this administration tried to "set up" legal gun store owners to sell guns illegally, only to have all of the weapons end up in Mexican cartel hands and costing the life of countless innocent people, including a Border agent?

Then there is Bengazi. If the White house would have its way we would never find out what really happened that awful day on 9/11. Our ambassador and the people at our conciliate were tortured and murdered during a terrorist attack. Hillary and this administration wanted us to believe that a video caused this, it was just a "random" protest gone wrong.

Someone told our military to "stand down," not to go help these people. The result of that decision is dead Americans. We still don't know where Obama was during all of this, maybe he took to bed early to rest up for another golf outing, basketball game or to get ready for the next concert at the White House. This fiasco makes Watergate and Nixon look like a bunch of school kids pulling a harmless prank on the neighbor down the block.

Another incident just happened when the IRS was found to be investigating anyone who happened to be a bit too conservative for this administration's taste. God forbid you should say that you were a Tea Party member or have Patriot anywhere in your organization's name.

Of course with all of the media so in love with the Campaigner in Chief; the sheeple who read their papers and listen to the regular networks will never find out the truth about any of it.
