Tim Thompson is ready for retirement at age 62, but that doesn't mean he's ready to take it easy. For him, retirement means leaving full-time work as a manager to work part time at a local bike shop. He doesn't plan to rest on his laurels during his new free time. A former ultramarathoner, Thompson hopes to get back into endurance sports and do some traveling, especially in the Southwest.
