Two months ago, Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy laid down the challenge.

With all the questions surrounding Randall Cobb's future on special teams, McCarthy provided a glimpse into his psyche with an edict to those behind him on the depth chart.

"Everyone wants to know, why wouldn't you just do it?" said McCarthy of pulling Cobb off kickoff and punt returns. "I look at decisions like that as a responsibility to the locker room. It's a responsibility of the players. It's about opportunities." ...
