Kimberly man accused of sex crimes

Police say a Kimberly man had sexual contact with two teenage girls he met through a social networking website.

Donald T. Dercks, 30, was charged Tuesday in Outagamie County Court with two counts of second-degree sexual assault, use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, child sexual exploitation, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A 15-year-old girl told a child advocate that she and a 14-year-old friend made contact with Dercks after meeting online and engaged in sexual activity on multiple occasions in late March and early April. The 15-year-old ...
