Dog bites teen; man holds shotgun; police make arrest

Authorities say they arrested a 27-year-old Wisconsin Rapids man after his dog attacked a teenager and the man later held a shotgun when two people tried to confront him over the incident.

At 8:56 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a call in the 300 block of Eighth Street South, where a 13-year-old girl had been cutting across a yard to get to a service station, Wisconsin Rapids Police Lt. Brian Krzykowski said.
