Employment patterns continue to reflect pre-recession trends, a sign that things are becoming more "normal."

The state Department of Workforce Development reported Wednesday that all of the state's 12 MSAs reported lower jobless rates from April to March. All but Sheboygan had higher rates in April 2013 than in April 2012, but that's largely because more people are looking for jobs, said Jeff Sachse, regional labor market analyst for the department.
