The Green Bay Packers' receivers room is starting to get stuffy.

The Packers added their 11th wide receiver to the roster on Wednesday with the signing of 6-foot-1, 214-pound rookie Alex Gillett out of Eastern Michigan.

Gillett, who will wear No. 7, played in 45 games with 33 starts during his career at Eastern Michigan, with 30 of the starts coming at quarterback and three at wide receiver.

Gillett played both quarterback and receiver as a senior, and completed 349 of 660 passes (52.9 percent) during his career for 4,448 yards and 35 touchdowns with 34 interceptions.

Gillett lined up at receiver during the team's final four games, catching 14 passes for 132 yards (9.4 avg.) and a touchdown.

Looking to replace the spots vacated by Greg Jennings and Donald Driver, the Packers now have 12 wide receivers on the roster with six of them being rookies.

The team drafted Maryland receiver Kevin Dorsey and Grand Valley State's Charles Johnson in the seventh round of last month's draft, but neither was dressed during the first OTA practice open to the media on Tuesday.

The Packers still have two spots available on their 90-man roster.
