A Sister Bay teen is planning to bike 700 miles in honor of his 13-year-old friend who died in September.

Bo Johnson of Sister Bay died after a nearly yearlong battle with leukemia. During Bo's final weeks at home he asked people to be kind to one another and pay-it-forward. After his death the Go Bo Foundation was established in his honor. Bo was the grandson of the late restaurateur Al Johnson.

His friend Alex Lensert, 13, of Sister Bay plans to bike from Gibraltar School District in Fish Creek to St. Croix Falls and back. Alex and his father, Duke Lensert, want to make the 700-mile round trip in 10 ...
