Woman convicted as child sex offender

A Sturgeon Bay/Algoma area woman was given 4 years in prison for child enticement for exposing herself to a boy in his early teens last July.

Angel S. Clumpner, 31, was sentenced April 18 by Door County Judge D. Todd Ehlers. She pleaded no contest in February as part of a plea agreement that dismissed but read into the record additional charges of second-degree sexual assault of a child and intimidating a victim.

Clumpner was also given three years of probation and ordered to have no contact with the victim or his family. She is to have a ...
