Tommy Gee Jr. came out of nowhere to win the race that just wouldn't end.

The Sobieski driver held off Brett Piontek in the Fox River Racing Club's 35-lap super late model feature, which lasted 56 minutes due to 10 caution periods that whittled the 22-car starting field down to 10 at the finish in the Times-Villager season opener at Wisconsin International Raceway on Thursday.
