Late Wednesday amateur baseball: Polar Bears top Heat

The Two Rivers Polar Bears scored six runs in the fourth inning and never looked back in a 16-6 home win over the Manitowoc Heat on Wednesday night.

Mike Ruzek earned the win by throwing two innings and getting four strikeouts to one ball. Adam Oakland took the loss in four innings of work while allowing 12 runs - two earned.
