Marshfield youth cadet receives Cadet of the Year Award

Cadet Major David Feig has received the Wisconsin Wing Civil Air Patrol Cadet of the Year award. He was presented the award at the Wisconsin Wing Conference, held May 4 and 5 in La Crosse.

Feig's parents, Holly and Barry Feig of Marshfield, were present to see their son receive the prestigious honor.

Feig joined Civil Air Patrol in 2007 and is serving as the cadet commander for the Stevens Point Composite Squadron. He has been an active ground team member, assisting in the emergency services mission of the organization. He also completed training as a cadet aerospace education officer in ...
