The Boldt Co. of Appleton hired Steven Laude as an estimator for its northern operations; Matthew Hill as a senior BIM project leader for its northern operations; Mark Osten as a senior director, business development for its corporate marketing and business development group; Cody Weber as a safety representative for its northern operations; and Mark Osten to its power and energy business development team as senior director of business development for its Madison office.

APPLETON - CMD Corp. hired Glenn Manthei, mechanical assembler; Joe Wied, electrical assembler; Jake Kerk, buyer; Lisa Pichotta, human resources specialist; David Fabian, junior electrical engineer; and Jessica Peterson, engineering assistant. Gust Elbe was promoted to CNC machinist and Carl Wehmas was promoted to associate manufacturing engineer.

NEENAH - Directions Marketing, an integrated marketing communications and packaging agency, hired Tom Schoffelman and Deborah Skowronski as public relations managers. Schoffelman, from Green Bay, has 25 years of experience in the public relations and communications industry and holds the Accredited in Public Relations designation. He is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in communications/public relations with a minor in journalism. Skowronski brings more than 23 years of fund development, public relations and marketing experience in the not-for-profit sector to her new position. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in journalism, with a public relations and advertising emphasis.

Dr. Samuel Heiks, a family practice physician, has joined Primary Care Associates of Appleton. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine & Public Health and is certified through the American Board of Family Medicine.

ThedaCare hired Leslie Fuerst, a nurse practioner atThedaCare Physicians-Clintonville. She received her undergraduate and master's degrees in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Shane Smith was named director of its cardiovascular value stream. Smith has a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in kinesiology. Dr. Brett Young joined the staff at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah. He is employed by Orthopaedic Specialists as a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon. Young earned his undergraduate degree at UCLA and received his medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

North Shore Bank hired Marci Oliver of Neenah as a mortgage loan professional for the bank's northeast region. Oliver has more than 20 years of experience with various types of loans, banking and real estate.
