There are "Storage Wars" and "Shipping Wars" all over TV now, but Oshkosh residents in need of specialized transit service are suddenly in the middle of "Taxi Wars."

Oshkosh City Cab Co. has a contract with the Oshkosh's GO Transit System to provide discounted rides to the area's disabled, senior citizen and low-income residents in exchange for a subsidy from the transit service.

But a newer company, Atlas Taxi, started advertising that it, too, accepts riders eligible for those discounted rides. ...
