One of the strangest sights at the Green Bay Packers' offseason practices the last two weeks has been Mike Neal lining up occasionally at outside linebacker.

Listed at 6-feet-3 and 294 pounds, though he might be a few pounds less, Neal was exclusively a defensive lineman his first three seasons with the Packers and presents an unusually hulking figure when he stands at outside linebacker instead of in his usual three-point stance.

Neal never had played outside linebacker before this spring, and even if he's in the 285- to 290-pound range, is about 20 pounds outside the Packers' usual weight ...
