Lori Schuler and Kelly Opiola say they see an increasing need for training and information for the people who care for an increasingly aging population, especially when it comes to issues such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

With a combined 22 years of experience in the senior long-term care industry, the pair originally decided to start a part-time business on nights and weekends dealing with those issues.
